    Security of Avaline exam materials
The centre must have printer, scanner, and safe to store all question papers securely. The exam paper will send by post to each Avaline exam centre one week before the exam in a sealed envelope. Once the centre has received the post, they must keep it within the Centre Safe.

On the exam day the Head Invigilator of the centre will bring the sealed envelopes into the exam room. The invigilator can only open the sealed envelope in front of a live camera. The invigilator must check the seal before opening the exam envelope. If the envelope is damage or apparently tampered with, this is likely to prevent the exam going ahead.

By end of examination, all the question papers (with exam attendance record, and incidents log report) must be placed into pre-addressed envelope and sealed it under a live camera, ready for collection.
