From the 30th of March to the 1st of April, 2023, Mr Joe Jiao, the Dean of ISAR China, represented ISAR in attending the 2023 Work Conference of the Pre-School Education and Childcare Services Work Committee of the China Association for Employment of Higher Education Graduates and Peak Forum for Talent Development in Early Childhood Education and Childcare Services. This event was guided by the China Association for Employment of Higher Education Graduates and hosted by the Pre-School Work Committee. It was held at the Xuzhou Kindergarten Teachers College with support from the Committee's International Cooperation and Exchange Work Committee Preparatory Group.

During this event, Mr Joe Jiao gave a presentation on ISAR's development and ongoing projects. He also participated in the sub-forum on the internationalisation of vocational education, engaging in discussions and sharing insights with relevant professionals and peers in that field.
