On the 17th of October, 2023, Dr Jia Chen, the Dean of the International Centre of Sustainable Academic Research (ISAR), Mr Xuerong Jiao, the China Dean of ISAR, and Ms Xi Li, the Director of Academic Qualifications of ISAR, visited Weston College in the United Kingdom.

The delegation was warmly received by Jacqui Ford, the Principal of Weston College, and Dr Darran George, Senior Deputy Principal in charge of International Affairs. During the meeting, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on international cooperation in vocational education.

They identified various areas of collaboration and agreed to jointly promote vocational education initiatives in China. Dr Jia Chen and Principal Jacqui Ford signed a MoU to solidify the friendly cooperation between ISAR and Weston College.
